The Itacoatiara Pro 2018 programmed a socio-enviromental action with the students of the municipal network of Niterói. The work is schedule for Wednesday, the 20th, starting at 9am, targeting the students of Mar Alegre Municipal School.
Firstly, the students will attend a lecture promoted by the Instituto Estadual do Ambiente – INEA, on Itacoatiara beach, thus acquiring knowledge about the ecosystems of beaches, restingas, rocky great coast and climatic variations applied to sea sports.
Secondly, students will have the opportunity to learn a little about bodyboard techniques by interacting with the best athletes in the world.
The Itacoatiara Pro 2018 started on the 16th and runs until July 1st, being played in two moments – The World Championship and the Brazilian Bodyboard Circuit.
