A relic in the fishermen’s village in Jurujuba. On June 29, a great feast is held in honor of São Pedro, patron saint of fishermen, with masses, several tents with tidbits and the famous Boat Procession. The Church was a modest small chapel until it was replaced, in 1947, by another greater building made of stone, lime and whale oil.
