Opened in 1975 in honor of the diplomat Paschoal Carlos Magno, who loved Brazilian art, the building was designed by architect Luiz Henrique Bessil Monassa and is inside São Bento Field. Its balcony is the stage of the bi-weekly project “Música no Campo” on Sundays.
