Set in the Ceremonial Hall of the Nossa Senhora da Conceição Church, it works on experimental working hours, on the first Sunday of each month. It has a rich collection of historical and religious value, such as an 18th century marble baptismal font, 19th century silverware, imaginary art images of saints carved in 19th century wood, etc.
The most important piece is a 18th-century Reliquary, with fragments of Cross of Jesus Christ, which adds value to the city of Niterói. On Good Friday, the Reliquary is transferred to a cathedral to be worshipped.
