Museum Janete Costa of Popular Art provides and enhances the dissemination of Brazilian popular culture. Set in two 19th-century houses with typically neoclassical facades, the Museum is named after one of the greatest researchers and specialists in Brazilian popular art, who lived part of her life in the city.
